Over 28 years of Construction experience.

1996: Greg was accepted to the University of Florida’s College of Architecture. During the three year at UF, Greg was the President of the College of Architecture for two years and the Vice President of the AIAS. Additionally, Greg served as an Executive-at-Large for the University of Florida’s Board of College Councils. In 1999, with great apprehension, Greg decided to change majors and pursue a career in Construction Management. Greg changed majors and graduated from The University of North Florida with a Degree in Building Construction Management.

2005: Became a Florida Certified General Contractor and started The Gregory Group Inc., a small General Contractor specializing in Commercial interior build-outs.

2009: Formed GGI Outdoor specializing in outdoor living, pavers and outdoor kitchens.

2012: Closed The Gregory Group for health reasons and began career with Accelerated Contractors as a Project Manager with focus on Commercial construction including Warehouse, Retail, Office and Medical Projects.

2018: Started new career opportunity as an Estimator for Marand Builders working in the financial market and for clients like JLL, Duke Energy, and numerous financial institutions.

2021: Relaunches The Gregory Group, Inc. as G2 Construction Solutions
